Better Together

Service Description

An express, 30 minute classes to attend with a partner (your mother/daughter/son/friend/sisters/partner).  A ‘You Go I Go’ workout with a focus on coaching and encouraging each other.  Building a mutual accountability, a healthy competitive edge and an education in how to check one another's form and offer constructive corrections.
